Lead Lab Technician. Hours: 2nd shift 2:30 pm - 11 pm Monday - Friday Pay: $30 per hour. Role Focus: Lead Lab Technician This position demonstrates the skills and abilities to provide advanced laboratory services with no supervision or direction. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Education: A college science degree is preferred although suitable experience may be substituted. Experience: Should have two (2) years experience as a Senior Lab Technician. Skills:Will have demonstrated initiative and self-starting abilities. Able to handle complex non-routine tasks with minimal supervision. Has demonstrated advanced problem-solving skills. Superior verbal and written communication skills are needed. Able to develop and write new procedures or revise old procedures with minimal supervision. Training:Should have detailed knowledge of both laboratory equipment and plant operations. Position will be called upon to provide problem solving work in a variety of areas.
