Oversees the daily operations of the CASC Training Clinic, including staff hiring, trainee scheduling, team development, policy implementation, and outcome evaluation. Serves as the primary liaison with Clinical Mental Health Counseling program faculty and ensures compliance with CACREP accreditation standards and state regulations. Provides clinical supervision and assumes legal responsibility for unlicensed trainees, including case review and supervision. Delivers direct counseling services such as individual, group, and crisis interventions, as well as psycho-social assessments and referrals. Leads training seminars, outreach, and prevention efforts, and contributes to continuous service improvement through research, policy development, and professional development activities.
