: Job Details :

Responsible for coordination, facilitation, and support of educational and referral services to assist in the prevention of fetal infant mortality. Education - Must have a Bachelors degree in Social Services, or a related field. - Prefer a Masters degree in a related field. Experience - Must have two (2) years of experience in a community health organization. Equivalent Education and/or Experience - May have an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in lieu of specific education and/or experience as stated above. Certification/ Registration/ Licensure - None. Skills or Special Abilities - Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management. - Must be organized and detail oriented. - Must be able to demonstrate client centered/client valued behavior. - Must have excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in working with a diverse population.
