Under limited supervision, develops, approves, monitors and evaluates Federal Programs project activities designed to meet the needs of students requiring special intervention. Specific federal programs will include Titles I, II, III, IV, V, Neglected and Delinquent, Migrant and Mc. Kinney-Vento Students. Supervises and directs support and clerical staff members. Reports to the Chief Academic Officer. Qualifications: Requires a Master's degree in education with an emphasis in administration, supplemented by six to nine years of experience in school teaching, program management or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
