Performs skilled maintenance, repair, and minor construction work in the trades to ensure that facilities are properly maintained and meet GK Real Estate standards. Trains less-skilled employees in facilities maintenance trades. Assists Mall management in planning work, identifying maintenance needs, and in project management. Duties may fall into a variety of trades, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, energy management, fire and life safety and keys/security systems. Key Responsibilities: - Perform maintenance of electrical systems (Replace light bulbs and ballasts, outlets, switches, circuit breaker panels etc.) - Maintain and repair plumbing components including but not limited to sinks, faucets, toilets, and drain rodding. - Prepare, prime, and paint building interior and exterior surfaces. - Maintain and repair locks, locking mechanisms, closers, doors, and controllers. - Maintain and complete documentation for fire extinguishers, fire suppression sys...Maintenance Technician, Technician, Maintenance, Project Management, General Maintenance, Property Management, Systems
