We're hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Supervisor of Clinical Services position in Home Health Care. This role is also known as Clinical Manager in some agencies. What You'll Do:
- Provide oversight of patient care services and personnel during all operational hours
- Supervise a large interdisciplinary team with a census of ~200 patients
- Ensure clinical integrity of field staff and independent contractors
- Oversee OASIS documentation and compliance
- Participate in staff development, performance reviews, and competency evaluations
- Collaborate with QAPI and Education teams to support clinical excellence
- Enforce policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Participate in the design and review of agency systems and processes
- Provide coaching and disciplinary support when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license in the state
- At least 2 years of recent experience in Medicare Home Health, including proficiency with OASIS documentation
- Some management experience in any healthcare setting
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no exceptions)
