The position of TE technician works at the direction of an engineer or lead technician to support ongoing development of equipment and processes that will be used in the testing of product throughout the its lifecycle. Primary tasks associated with this role include assembly, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of equipment along with documentation of work performed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assembly manufacturing test station troubleshooting to ensure production teams meet production goals and KPI metrics.
• The technician is also responsible for preventive maintenance of equipment along with documentation of work performed.
• This is a team environment where multiple technicians will work together or with others on the team and need to communicate with all levels of operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience Required

2-5 years work experience in manufacturing support

Good organizations skills

Good communication skills, both face to face and written

Experience with electrical panel assembly and associated tools

Ability to read mechanical prints and follow assembly instructions

Experience with mechanical assembly and familiarity with hand/power tools

Preferred

Controls programming experience (PLC or similar)

Experience developing in CAD environment (Solidworks or Autocad preferred)
