Manufacturing Technicians begin by learning our processes and how to operate our semi-automatic press machines. From there, your pay & career will continue to grow as you learn more brush & abrasive product making skills across various departments. There are opportunities to move into more advanced manufacturing as set-up technicians or to grow into a maintenance role. We provide all training. Those that bring similar manufacturing skills from prior jobs have the opportunity to start at a higher wage.
