What Does a Team Leader Do?
Oversees restaurant operations in the absence of the Manager.
Motivates and guides team members to achieve excellence.
Completes daily paperwork to track our success.
Manages inventory efficiently.
Your role as a Team Leader is vital in ensuring our customers enjoy their experience with us! You will lead a team that prepares delicious meals while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Your leadership and organizational skills will help resolve issues and foster a positive work environment. Understanding team responsibilities and managing inventory are essential. You will also handle financial paperwork and oversee daily operations.

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Physical Requirements:
Accurate money counting skills.
Proficient reading and writing in English.
Capable of carrying up to 40 pounds regularly.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods.
Comfortable with reaching, bending, kneeling, and pressing.
