Directs the development and execution of strategies to identify, qualify and convert opportunities that create long-term client relationships. Oversee company-wide activities and initiatives relating to improving strategic client development. Provide strategic overview or existing and anticipated market conditions for ECS sectors. Build and manage a National Accounts portfolio of up to $50 M Group Sales ($10 M-20 Mmanaged directly). Seek, initiate, and drive new business opportunities, including market segments and service offerings. Hire and manage support staff, as needed. Lead Capture Team Process for high opportunity accounts, engaging resources across ECS. Mentor NAM's and NPL's as Corporate Sponsor and/oras assigned. Work with Director to build a consistent national sales process and consistency among offices. Provide strategic leadership and information on market trends and long-term growth opportunities.
