Maintain a safe and secure environment for team members; adhere to safety programs, procedures, and policies. Input data into warehouse management systems and maintain accurate records. Utilize RF equipment to scan validate product for accuracy. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries. Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock audits. Generate reports on inventory levels, shipments, and other operational metrics. Support safety and compliance initiatives within the warehouse. Assist with customer service inquiries related to orders and shipments. Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phones.
