Ensure seamless SCM processes for Wholesale accounts, to enable best-in-class delivery timing and execution of demand to customers. Focused on supply demand alignment and mitigation, monthly planning, outbound operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and holistic supply execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Overall - Drive continuous planning, process, system, and service improvements to achieve on-time availability and delivery for Wholesale accounts, while supporting strategic wholesale business priorities. Monitor Supply Chain Performance - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness, maintaining best in class Availability and On-Time Shipping, specifically key program tracking. Preseason Planning Support sales, merchandising, and planning on seasonal assortments to align order deadline needs, RID feasibility, and key programs for tracking, as well as flagging risks due to order minimums or other issues.
