Overview

The Maintenance Analyst I position supports the supply chain network by collaborating closely with the maintenance, project management, and finance teams to ensure efficient distribution center operations. This role is responsible for managing and analyzing supply chain data while streamlining the ordering process for parts and supplies. Additionally, the Analyst I manages the annual operating expense (Opex) budget by generating reports that drive financial performance and ensure fiscal accountability across the supply chain network.

Maintenance Expense Budgeting Management
  • Own and oversee the $5M maintenance expense budget, ensuring strategic alignment across Repair & Maintenance (R&M) and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) initiatives.
  • Lead the development of YoY fiscal budget in partnership with Supply Chain FP&A
  • Provide quarterly reporting and insights to supply chain leadership including Distribution Center Directors, to drive informed decision-making
  • Facilitate and lead monthly meetings with maintenance managers emphasizing alignment, accountability, and operational improvement.
Maintenance Program Support
  • Oversees and manage the procurement process, including POs, purchases, and work orders ensuring compliance in platforms such as Ariba, PeopleSoft, ServiceChannel
  • Take ownership of MaintainX implementation and management, driving asset planning, tagging, and inventory accuracy.
  • Drives data tracking and management for Infolink and I-Warehouse, ensuring accurate reporting and actionable insights for decision-making
  • Analyze and optimize current MHE fleet utilization, spend, and lifecycle, proactively adjusting fleet age and size to align with network requirements.
Teammate Communication
  • Lead the vendor onboarding process in partnership with Vendor Management, ensuring integration and compliance
  • Drive the strategic sourcing of new vendors in collaboration with NMP
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with 20% Teammate Development/Continuous Improvement
  • Conduct onboarding and training process for new teammates and managers, ensuring they are equipped with knowledge and tools for success
Qualifications

Associate's Degree

1-3 years experience

Use analytically sound problem-solving methodologies

Ability to learn new software applications as required

Strong interpersonal and team building skills including the ability to communicate at all levels of organization

Skilled at handling multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously

Ability to foster cross functional relationships

Strong self-starter

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Excellent written & Verbal Communication Skills
