About the RoleAs Director of Sponsorships Sales, you are a strategic hunter and brand-aligned dealmaker. You own the full revenue funnel from prospecting new brands through proposing and closing 360 sponsorships. You'll leverage BLAST's premium IP and live events, supported by robust viewership and performance data, to secure elite partnerships with leading brands, sample categories - CPG, auto, tech, finance, and gaming brands. This leadership role also includes mentoring and coaching junior sellers.
Location preference is New York or London with the ability to travel to our global clients and events.
