Montage Front Office Manager

Your Journey
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Front Office and Bell/Door teams
  • Collaborate with the Director of Front Office, Director of Housekeeping, and Hotel Manager on all operational functions, programs, assignments, and hotel activities as deemed necessary to support the business
  • Review and analyze guest engagement scores and trends in Medallia
  • Review guest profiles, with the aim of creating a personalized experience
  • Review daily activity, inclusive but not limited to arrivals, departures, in-house itineraries, etc. with the aim of delivering on all guest expectations
  • Deliver on guests' expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs

Must Haves
  • 1+ year of previous Rooms Division management experience required; Front Office and/or Housekeeping management experience highly preferred
  • Experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Ability to multi-task in a high volume and fast paced environment

Physical Requirements

  • Standing and exerting well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length
  • Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 15 pounds, including, but not limited to, luggage, guest items, and bags on a regular and continuing basis
  • Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular and continuing basis
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks

The pay scale* for this position is $72,000 to $75,000 per year. *The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
