About the Role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead site development projects from concept through construction, partnering with skilled engineers and project teams. This position is ideal for individuals with strong engineering backgrounds who are ready for hands-on experience in grading, stormwater design, permitting, and project coordination.

In this role, you'll interact with permitting agencies, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and hone your technical skills under the guidance of licensed professionals.

What You'll Do:

• Lead site design tasks, including grading, utilities, stormwater management, and site layout.
• Prepare and review construction plans and cost estimates.
• Manage the permitting processes with municipal, county, and state agencies.
• Facilitate project meetings, ensuring schedules and documentation are meticulously maintained.
• Conduct site visits and oversee quality control inspections.
• Collaborate with architects, planners, and surveyors throughout project phases.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office for plan revisions and reporting.
• Assist with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and calculations.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (U.S. degree or equivalent credentials).
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is required; PE license preferred or in progress.
• 3+ years' experience in civil/structural engineering or construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Civil 3D is a plus), Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to work collaboratively.
• Familiarity with Florida Building Code and the permitting process is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
