The HR Shared Services Specialist accepts and directs incoming phone calls. This position responds to basic inquiries by referring to the Knowledge Base and SOPs according to department standards.

Experience REQUIRED:
- 0-1 years of customer service experience in a call center or high-volume telephone inquiry environment.
Experience PREFERRED:
- 1-2 years of Healthcare or Human Resources experience.
Education/training REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Education/training PREFERRED:
- Some college coursework in HR or related field.
Independent actions required:
- Aptitude for technology and comfort working across various systems.
- Excellent listening and communication skills for high-quality customer service.
- Team-focused, self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Additional position requirements:
- Ability to work varying 8-hour shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
