At RiteScreen, we're searching for a driven, organized, and hands-on Material Coordinator to support our fast-paced production environment. What You'll Do: Own the Flow of Materials Receive, store, and distribute materials with accuracy and efficiency Monitor inventory levels, anticipate needs, and ensure timely deliveries Maintain detailed records in the ERP system and contribute to cycle counting efforts Coordinate and Communicate Track inbound and outbound shipments Partner with purchasing and production teams to ensure materials are available when needed Support vendor performance reporting and inventory analysis Keep It Clean and Safe Maintain a clean, organized storage space aligned with 5S standards Follow all safety and quality protocols Use material handling equipment to move materials as needed (forklift certification is a plus!) What You Bring: 2+ years of experience in inventory, purchasing, or materials handling Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Familiarity with ERP systems (or willingness to learn) Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments preferred Great communication, organization, and time management skills A safety-first, team-oriented mindset Why Join RiteScreen?
