Responsibilities
  • Operate packaging machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality and conformity to specifications.
  • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on packaging equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Package pharmaceutical products according to detailed instructions and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with quality control teams to conduct inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities and material usage in line with GMP regulations.
  • Assist in training new packaging staff on equipment operation and packaging procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a packaging operator in the pharmaceuticals or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety regulations.
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot various types of packaging machinery.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing for long periods, and following strict quality protocols.
