Job Description & RequirementsSt. Lawrence Psychiatric Center is looking for registered nurses who will be responsible for:assisting and directing nursing caredelegating appropriate nursing functions to paraprofessional staffparticipating in the treatment planning processensuring that patients' rights are supportedproviding direct patient careinitiating patient care assessmentsusing Nursing Process to develop patient care plansassisting with medication administrationensuring appropriate documentation is completed per policyfollowing all nursing polices and proceduresacting as a member of the Treatment Team
Qualifications: NYS License for Registered Nurse
