Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine clinical tasks including vitals, rooming patients, finger sticks, and STD/STI swabbing.
- Deliver HIV prevention services such as PrEP and PEP prescribing and conduct risk assessments.
- Provide comprehensive primary care, including chronic disease management, screenings, and wellness visits.
- Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical assistants, case managers, and behavioral health providers.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in primary care or HIV care (preferred).
- Commitment to HIV prevention and advancing health equity.
- Familiarity with LGBTQ+ health and trauma-informed care is a plus.
- Spanish language proficiency is a bonus, but not required.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in HIV prevention or treatment (not required, but highly valued).
