Position: Medical Laboratory Technician / Medical Laboratory ScientistFacility: DLP Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center – Laboratory ChemistryLocation: 1086 Franklin Street, Johnstown, PA 15905Trauma Level: 1Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hrs/week, weekends optional)Contract Length: 13 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic testing using chemistry equipment: Sysmex Urinalysis Clinitek Novus UF1000, Siemens Atellica Solution, Radiometer Blood Gas ABL, Advanced Instruments Osmometer.
• Utilize Epic and Beaker EHR systems for documentation and reporting.
• Serve all patient age groups in a high-volume laboratory setting.
• Maintain quality control, calibration, and compliance with lab safety standards.

Requirements:

• Certifications: ASCP (Medical Laboratory Technology or Medical Laboratory Science), HWC (available on-site).
• Experience: 1–2 years, with specific experience on listed chemistry equipment.
• Skills: Epic and Beaker proficiency; multitasking and self-starting work style.
• Education: ASCP certification-required qualification.
