Travel RN – Progressive Critical Care – DaysLocation: Albany, NYStart Date: September 8, 2025Duration: 13 weeksShift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PMSchedule: Every other weekend; rotating holidays

Join a high-acuity Progressive Critical Care Unit (PCCU) at a top-tier hospital in Albany, NY. HumanEdge Health is seeking experienced Progressive Care RNs for a dynamic unit that treats some of the most medically delicate and surgically complex patients in the region.

Unit Highlights:

• Patient population includes: respiratory failure, sepsis, closed head injuries, multisystem organ dysfunction, endocrine disorders, complex traumas, and surgical complications

• Average RN assignment: 3 high-acuity patients

• EMR: Epic (required)

Required Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years of adult progressive care or ICU experience (large-scale hospital PCU or community ICU preferred)

• Proficient in:

• Advanced hemodynamic monitoring (including pressor titration protocols)

• ACLS protocols

• Use of antihypertensive/sedative/narcan drips, thrombo-embolytics

• Management of A-lines, CVP, EVDs, ortho traction, and infection prevention

• High-flow nasal cannula (HFNC), BiPAP/CPAP, oxypendent therapy

Epic EMR experience required

Certifications Required:

• BLS (AHA)

• ACLS (AHA)

• Active NY RN license (no exceptions)
