SPECIFIC DUTIES - Performs work related to maintenance, repair, cleaning, custodial, and operational activities. - Assists in conducting regular reviews and inspections of facilities, grounds, and equipment according to defined checklists; may complete and file reports indicating the status and completion of work. May participate in insurance inspections and help to prepare summaries andrecommendations following such inspections. - Uses initiative to identify and solve problems to maintain the entire campus. Coordinates with various members of the parish staff to schedule activities and provide a balance between the needs of the school, rectory, and Church. - Helps maintain lists of contractors and vendors who perform maintenance, repair, construction, and cleaning.
