Library Graduate Assistant for Welder Library. The University of Mary is seeking applications for a Library Graduate Assistant for Welder Library. The Graduate Assistant will work twenty hours per week. This will be mostly evening shifts until 11 pm. Candidates will be invited to demonstrate a willingness to support the Christian, Catholic, Benedictine mission of the University of Mary. Essential Roles and Responsibilities Include:Close the library as scheduled. Handle routine tasks relative to checking out, renewing and the returning of library materials. Provide reference services to students and faculty in the absence of library staff. Direct student workers in absence of library staff. Perform arrangement and description of archival collections. Enter descriptive information into archival collections database. Assist with Interlibrary loan duties. Manage the library's Instagram account.
