Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of food and other aspects of kitchen/dining operations that lead to an excellent food service experience for all campers, staff, volunteers, and other visitors to enjoy. at Camp Knutson. This includes: Food preparation including but not limited to prepare, pan and cook food as directed, set up salad bar, and restocking supplies. Assist with dietary needs of guests with special diets. Clean up following meal will include properly storing and labeling all food. Cleaning dishes and kitchen includes but not limited to cleaning flat surfaces after every meal, pots, pans and food dishes, removal of garbage and sweep and mop the floors.
