As a Duplex Packer, you will be responsible for packing and inspecting products produced by a duplex machine. You will work as part of a team to produce high-quality products, following established procedures and safety protocols. You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen! Follow established procedures and quality standards. Inspect finished products for defects or issues, and report any issues to the appropriate personnel. Monitor reject bins and replace as needed Promptly address machine/conveyor plug-ups. Assist machine operator with duplex machine efficiencies. Monitor the product during operation to ensure that it is running smoothly and address any issues that arise. Ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards and report any issues to the appropriate personnel. Follow production schedules and prioritize work based on production needs.
