Custodial Worker

This position is a part-time benefited Custodial Worker position (4 hours/day or 20 hours/week). Organization: Reports to the Training Lieutenant and does not supervise any personnel. Essential Functions: - Strips, seals, waxes and buff floors - Scrubs and rinses floors in assigned areas - Damp mops a variety of rooms (i.e.: offices, halls, stairs, break room, stairs) - Dusts variety of rooms (i.e.: library, gym, stairs) - Sweeps (i.e. stairs and entrance area, locker rooms, halls) - Cleans and scrubs restrooms completely - Dusts rooms, offices, furniture, cupboards and remove cobwebs - Empties and washes garbage cans - Attends work daily and be engaged and on task - Performs overtime on scheduled, unscheduled, routine or emergency basis, as assigned - Performs other duties as assigned.
