Job Description:

Location: Corvallis, OR

Shift: 5×8 Rotating (Monday–Friday, between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with after-hours participation as required)

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Weekly Gross: $3,000

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Duties:

• Perform high-quality nuclear medicine procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Operate and maintain nuclear medicine imaging equipment, ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patients during imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnostic results.
• Maintain detailed patient records and imaging documentation in the EMR system.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols for patients, staff, and self.
• Provide patient education and ensure comfort during procedures.
• Participate in after-hours coverage and respond to urgent imaging requests.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

• Current ARRT RT(N) or NMTCB CNMT registry credential
• Current, unencumbered Oregon license in Nuclear Medicine
• Healthcare Provider BLS Certification

Preferred:

• Previous hospital setting experience
