Hiring a Surgery Scheduler in Spokane, WA!

Schedule: M-F 8-5 PM

Pay Range: Between $21-$25/hr depending on experience & qualifications

Day to day:

• Schedules and pre-authorizes surgeries and specialized procedures, including office and hospital-based appointments.
• Reviews pre-op tests, medications, allergies, and medical history with patients.
• Coordinates with insurance companies for pre-certifications and benefit verification.
• Manages scheduling changes or cancellations promptly and accurately via phone or written communication.
• Provides excellent customer service while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Enters procedure details into the scheduling system and maintains surgical logs for reporting.
• Prepares and distributes pre-surgical packets with procedure dates and instructions.

Benefits:

- In order to be eligible for health benefits, you must be employed for 30 days and must average 30 hours per week over your first four weeks on assignment. If you become eligible and take action to enroll, you will be covered no earlier than 60 days into your assignment, depending on plan selection(s).
