HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is partnering with a mission-driven community mental health organization in New Mexico that serves all clients, regardless of ability to pay. This fully remote role supports clients seen in person at one of four clinics by on-site nurses. You'll join via secure video to provide intakes and ongoing therapy.
LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LMSW, LMHC Responsibilities
- Join 7 on-site clinicians as a remote / virtual mental health therapist
- Provide intake assessments and 1:1 therapy
- 45-minute sessions, then documentation in EHR
- Carry caseload of 6â8 clients per day, delivering long-term therapy
- See clients across the lifespan
- Treat diverse mental health diagnoses, including co-occurring SUD
- Collaborate with nurses and PMHNPs for MAT services
- Manage crisis situations with client-first, trauma-informed approach
- Join paid team meetings every other Friday and attend trainings
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LMSW, LMHC Requirements
- Active New Mexico license: LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LMSW, or LMHC
- Minimum 1+ year post-licensure therapy experience
- Skilled in virtual care and client engagement
- Experience with dual-diagnosis populations
- Strong independent work ethic and collaborative skills
- Commitment to community mental health and client-centered care
LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LMSW, LMHC Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary $52Kâ$58K DOE
- Full-time or part-time (20+ hrs./week); benefits eligible at 32 hrs./week

- Loan forgiveness eligible through NHSC:
- Up to $50,000 for 2-year full-time service (Behavioral Health LRP)
- Up to $75,000 for 3-year full-time service (SUD Workforce LRP)
- Up to $100,000 for 3-year full-time service (Rural Community LRP)
- Half-time awards available at prorated amounts
