Job Description :

Our client, a leader in the audio & visual entertainment industry, is looking to hire a Benefits Analyst. This is a hybrid role onsite 2x-3x a week in Atlanta, GA.

*This job is a 4-month W2 contract role with benefits!*

As a Benefits Analyst, you will complete on project work as well as supporting operations of core benefit and wellbeing programs for the U.S. and across the globe! You will work within an integrated approach to programs in health & welfare, retirement, time-off & LOA, commute, business travel, in addition to physical, mental, financial, and social wellbeing programs, cultivating a healthy, inclusive, and connected work environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Prepare and present ad-hoc reports on the utilization and cost of benefits programs as well as update benefit and wellbeing program metrics and dashboards
  • Analyze benefits data to assess the effectiveness of benefits programs and provide insights for decision-making
  • Monitor on-going operations and conduct periodic audits to ensure data integrity across internal and external systems
  • Assist with root cause analysis of various data and operational issues between systems and vendors and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to scope issue, identify fix, conduct testing, and validate solutions
  • Calculate bi-weekly leave of absence pay

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits administration and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state regulations governing employee benefit programs
  • Experience working with benefits administration software and HRIS systems

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)
  • Working experience with ServiceNow for content & case management
  • Prior experience in the SaaS/technology industries strongly preferred!
