Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent, located in Austin, TX. The Construction Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction site management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards. Daily tasks include coordinating and supervising subcontractors, managing construction schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality control. The role also involves effective communication with project stakeholders, maintaining site documentation, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

• Strong Construction Site Management and Construction Safety skills.
• Excellent Organization Skills for efficient project oversight.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in commercial construction or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications and training in construction safety and project management are advantageous.
