Your Role:
As an Enterprise Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage and grow the relationship between the agency and the client. You will be the primary client advocate within the agency, ensuring that all deliverables align with client expectations, business objectives, and industry best practices. This includes leading the development, implementation, monitoring, reporting and optimization of campaigns for your portfolio of Enterprise Clients across all omni-channel service lines including digital advertising, DTC strategies and tactics, Amazon, creative strategy & development, email/sms, organic social, and retail media. You will manage the holistic strategy and develop a clear narrative for each client and ensuring business outcomes and success factors. Strong analytical skills are required, including significant experience with scenario planning, projections and real time performance tracking. You will operate as both leader and collaborator to ensure your strategy and vision is implemented successfully, evaluated accurately and proactively adjusted to drive success. This role is US-based.
Key Responsibilities

· 10+ years of experience successfully managing performance marketing scopes for enterprise clients
· 7+ years of direct experience in DTC-omni-channel Marketing
· 1-2 years of experience within Retail Media (Criteo, Instacart, Walmart.com, etc)
· 2+ years direct experience in Full-Service Amazon, Amazon Advertising
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration
· Experience managing financial reporting and P&L/account level resourcing
· Experience navigating complex client organizations
· Strong presentation skills
· Obsessed with client experience and problem solving; excessive attention to detail
· High EQ and social awareness; ability to manage executive level discussions with clients
· Ability to lead through influence, fostering teamwork, and driving results without direct authority
· Self-driven with the ability to drive priorities independently; excellent planning, project and time management, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance agency environment
· Experience in consumer products is required; CPG, fashion, beauty, and home experience is a plus
