Role Summary
We seek a refined, proactive Project Manager with 5–10 years of luxury residential or mixed-use construction experience. This critical role demands a blend of discipline and adaptability, strong technical skills, and client-facing finesse—without losing PGM's boutique-level service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive budgeting, estimating, and financial oversight
- Lead the development and oversight of detailed construction schedules, tracking key milestones and progress
- Direct scope management, design evolution, and change order administration
- Serve as primary liaison for clients, architects, contractors, and consultants
- Conduct regular site evaluations, flag risks early, and uphold quality standards
- Oversee documentation: RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and progress reports
- Ensure projects reflect PGM's hallmark precision, professionalism, and client care
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent
- 5–10 years of experience delivering high-end residential or comparable projects
- Mastery of cost management, scheduling tools, and documentation systems
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, discreet, and disciplined in managing complex project landscapes
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
- Familiarity with South Florida's construction ecosystem is preferred
