Production Planner
: Job Details :

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in Portland, OR on a full-time, direct hire Production Planner job. You prefer working in fast paced environments and working with sales on the demand plan. You quickly understand what that means for production planning and capacity planning and work internally to ensure on time delivery for those orders. Responsibilities:

• Work with internal partners – manufacturing, engineering, and production, etc – to balance capacity and production plan against customer forecast
• Develop and execute production plan
• Collaborate with purchasing, material handling, inventory and warehousing to ensure appropriate levels of raw materials, components, etc for manufacturing
• Assist with problem solving and trouble shooting any variation to the plan / ideal schedule
• Manage role with a continuous improvement mindset for current and future projects

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in supply chain or business required; relevant, comparable work experience may be substituted
• 3+ years of experience in related role

Skills:

• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
• ERP experience
• Ability to balance future needs with immediate needs today

About the role:

Full Time, Direct Hire

Mon – Fri; 7a – 4p; 100% on site role

Comp / Benefits – 75-85K DOE; employer/employee supported medical, dental and vision plans, paid time off, and 401k with company match
