Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable Processes: Oversee all aspects of the AR function, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payment collections, and reconciliation of accounts. Take full ownership of AR processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Suppliers and Builders: Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and builders across the U.S., fostering strong relationships and maintaining open lines of communication to resolve disputes or payment issues promptly.
- Design and Improve Processes: Build and implement a best-in-class AR process by leveraging your expertise and creativity. You'll have the autonomy to design workflows and solutions that align with business goals and optimize cash flow management.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze AR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. Provide detailed monthly AR reports and insights to the CFO and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support Senior Leadership: Work closely with the CFO to take on critical tasks and optimize functions within the finance department, freeing up bandwidth for strategic initiatives.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and audit requirements related to billing and collections.

Requirements:
- Experience in AR and Construction Industry Preferred: A strong background in managing accounts receivable, with specific experience in the construction or related industries, is ideal.
