Job Description :

EPC Project Management Consulting is seeking to hire an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our team, serving a prominent hyperscale data center client On - Site in the Little Rock, Arkansas.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of large-scale data center construction projects—from planning through commissioning—while ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

This position requires the candidate to be on-site throughout the week and work closely with stakeholders, contractors, and technical teams to drive successful project execution. Please live in or around the Abilene area, as $20,000 relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

💰 Salary: Starting at $170,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale data center construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning.
  • Serve as the client's on-site representative, managing design consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and compliance with specifications.
  • Interface with cross-functional teams including networking, electrical, mechanical, and security infrastructure groups.
  • Provide regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including executive-level updates.
  • Drive accountability and maintain alignment across all parties involved in the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a focus on mission critical or data center projects.- Preference would consider other fields.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, fast-paced projects on budget and schedule.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, contract management, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and work independently as well as part of a team.
