• Up to 3 years of “risk-based” experience or transferrable experience through coursework, internships, etc.
• Business & Technology aptitude with a willingness to learn and understand the key processes within technology, cybersecurity, and data management
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with a high level of details in a high-pressured environment
• Soft Skills are the number 1 factor!
• Must be a self-starter, willingness to learn, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure the timely and quality completion of all control testing requirements in accordance with organizational guidelines.
• Aids in the performance of risk and control self-assessments.
• Participate in the identification and analysis of risks.
• May assist in the development and execution of enterprise risk management programs.
• Develop, maintain, and continually enhance a proactive risk management program and related initiatives.
• Assist business and technology team knowledge to better understand processes and controls.
• Partners with technology Segment Risk Managers to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (business partners and technology teams).
• Assist the risk partners/business segment in the timely remediation of issues.
• Provide support for policy/controls and process documentation.
• Document and maintain internal team processes as needed.
• Contributes to teams' continuous improvement culture by applying critical thinking skills and experiences to make suggestions.
• Aid in fostering a risk-awareness culture.
