Director of Design (Experiential) - Relocation to Minnesota required

Salary: $130-150K

We're looking for a creative powerhouse to lead design for trade show exhibits, retail displays, and branded environments that make people stop, stare, and engage. As Director of Design, you'll combine big-picture vision with hands-on execution—guiding concepts from sketch to show floor while managing a talented creative team.

You'll translate client brands into unforgettable 3D experiences, push creative boundaries within budget realities, and ensure every project hits deadlines, wows clients, and delivers results. Collaboration is key—you'll work closely with account, project management, and production teams to bring bold ideas to life.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in senior-level design leadership (trade show/exhibit experience a plus)
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects
• Strong client communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in 3D modeling/rendering software (SketchUp, Vectorworks, CAD)
• A passion for pushing creative limits while maintaining brand consistency
