Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is a leading-edge cybersecurity firm with a mission to safeguard and protect our customers from increasing threats and vulnerabilities in this digital age.
TDI is looking for a senior engineer, DOTCOM, to support a large Civilian, Federal agency either in VA, MN, NC or a remote location. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot F5, Akamai WAF/CDN appliances across select customer applications and ensure their peak performance. Experience with applications regarding PCI DSS 4.1, and malvertising protections for advertisement campaigns will be needed.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with other cybersecurity groups to coordinate and de-conflict protective measures.
- Provide guidance and information to key stakeholders on the protections that can be provided. This individual also provides detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvements to the cybersecurity posture for client stakeholders while also mitigating challenges/issues.
- Monitor and interpret traffic analytics to help identify malicious traffic.
- Analyze and interpret raw data using Splunk and other analytic tools, applying statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns, providing ongoing insights to management.
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Provide ongoing support to existing monitoring capabilities and data collection systems. Support the development and expansion of new systems.
- Identify and define new process improvement opportunities across a broad customer base.
- Help develop and document procedural guides, SOPs, process flows, and work towards implementing more AI responses for blocking malicious traffic/actors.
- Contribute to the development and re-engineering of methods to improve processes, reduce risks, increase controls, and enhance customer satisfaction. Incorporate machine learning to facilitate increased security and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computers or other IT, Security-related major; or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years' experience in IT, data, operational analysis, and security.
- Advanced technical expertise with Excel.
- Experience with AI, business intelligence software, and databases (SQL etc.).
- Advanced skills with statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets.
- Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, complex system and network environment.
- Experience in a very large enterprise environment.
Certifications Needed:
- CISSP, ISC2, ITIL V3
- AWS Cloud Practitioner
- LPIC Linux Professional
- Security+
- Network+, Linux+, Cisco Cyber Ops
