Job Related Experience:

US ACH payment experience is MUST

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Payment Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of our payment solutions. This role bridges business, technology, and customer needs to deliver seamless, secure, and scalable payment experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the product roadmap for payment systems (e.g., card processing, ACH, real-time payments).

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and technical specifications.

Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.

Work closely with engineering, compliance, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO 20022) and regulatory requirements.

Serve as the subject matter expert on payment flows, integrations, and vendor capabilities.

Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or related field

Five years of experience in product management with at least three years in payments or fintech

Strong understanding of payment ecosystems such as acquiring issuing gateways and fraud prevention

Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies

Excellent communication analytical and stakeholder management skills
