Base pay range

$98,542.00/yr - $143,546.00/yr

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Director of Plant Operations. The Deputy Director will oversee day-to-day plant operations, manage facility maintenance, ensure preventive maintenance protocols are followed, and supervise staff. Responsibilities also include budgeting and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or technical degree in civil, environmental, sanitary engineering, business or public administration preferred.
• Must have Indiana State Class IV Wastewater License and Indiana WT5 Water Treatment License or the ability to obtain them within 18 months.
• Valid Indiana driver's license required.
• Seven (7) years of administrative and technical experience related to drinking water, wastewater, and laboratory analysis, with at least five (5) years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, delegating, and communication skills.
