T3 Trading Group, LLC is an SEC-registered broker-dealer & Member of FINRA/SIPC. T3's office headquarters is in lower Manhattan in the heart of the financial district. We provide active traders with the training and technology to trade markets professionally. We are accepting applications to join our team of experienced traders. Positions can be full-time or part-time with approval.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strict risk management discipline.
- Prioritize market-moving information requiring immediate action.
- Manage multiple open positions and monitor leverage exposure.
- Perform analytics on fundamental and technical market catalysts.
- Understand market cycle changes to aid trading decisions.
- Handle pass-through fees for data, FINRA, and administrative costs.
- Use first loss capital responsibly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven successful trading record in financial markets.
- Strong understanding of trading principles, market dynamics, and risk management.
- Proficiency with trading platforms and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and data interpretation.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- High self-motivation, discipline, and resilience.
- Flexibility to adapt to market changes.
Regulatory Requirements
All proprietary equities & options traders must be licensed with the SIE and Series 57 exams, which T3 will sponsor. Alternative paths without licensing are also available. A background check and additional documents are required before joining.
