Whether you're a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a Registered Nurse (RN), your role is essential in supporting patient wellness and contributing to a collaborative care environment.Responsibilities Include:* Escorting patients to exam rooms and obtaining accurate vital signs* Documenting patient information and updating medication lists in the EMR* Administering medications safely and transcribing physician orders accurately* Assisting with treatments, procedures, and patient education* Performing pre-visit planning and reviewing quality metrics* Completing referrals and tracking patient compliance* Monitoring and responding to provider-assigned tasks* Ensuring proper labeling and handling of patient specimens* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment* Participating in daily patient care huddles and team collaboration* Reinforcing patient and family teaching and providing clinical visit summariesWhat You Will Need:For LPNs:* Current NYS license to practice as a Practical Nurse* Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing* High School diploma or GED* Ability to lift 20 lbsFor RNs:* Current unencumbered NYS RN license* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred* High School diploma or GED* Basic Life Support certification* Minimum 6 months of RN experience* Ability to lift 20 lbsCompensation:* LPN Pay Range: $23.85 - $29.95/hour* RN Pay Range: $30.00 - $43.50/hourPay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
