CAPA and Training Manager - Pharma/Biotech

Position Summary:
Client is seeking a highly skilled CAPA and Training Manager to support Manufacturing Technical Operations (MTO) and cross-functional teams in closing open CAPAs, managing training systems, and driving compliance metrics. Ideal candidates will have experience in GMP compliance, Veeva, LMS systems, and CAPA closure, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced biotech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support timely closure of CAPAs across teams.
- Manage training structures, curricula, and assignments using LMS.
- Develop and report training and CAPA metrics and trends.
- Support deviation triage and metrics tracking.
- Maintain team communications, agendas, minutes, and task lists.
- Work within SOPs ensuring GxP compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of GMP, GxP, and drug development lifecycle.
- Experience with Veeva, Excel, and LMS.
- Familiarity with deviation reports, CAPA systems, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred:
- Manufacturing or technical background (not required).
- Experience with cell/gene therapy is a plus.
