We're seeking a Project Controls Manager to join a top-tier consultancy supporting high-profile infrastructure and capital improvement programs. This role is ideal for a detail-driven leader with deep experience in cost estimating, scheduling, risk management, and project controls reporting across the full project lifecycle.

• Prepare material, labor, and equipment cost estimates from early design through change orders

• Develop conceptual and independent cost estimates (ICEs) for budget and change management

• Support and maintain project budgets and schedules using detailed labor hour estimates

• Oversee creation of project management plans and controls procedures

• Analyze and advise on contractor schedule updates and progress reports

• Forecast costs, monitor accruals, and analyze historical data for estimating standards

• Create performance dashboards and deliver client-facing reports and presentations

• Maintain and escalate project risks, and collaborate on mitigation strategies

• Recommend and support project controls systems (PMCS) and technology solutions

• Lead or support change order negotiations and vendor quote analysis

• Mentor junior staff and serve as a technical lead as needed

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field

• 9+ years of relevant project controls experience (13+ years in lieu of degree)

• Strong experience across the entire project lifecycle (design through post-construction)

• Consultancy, owner's rep, or design-build contractor experience preferred

• Proficiency in schedule and cost tools; Primavera P6 experience a plus

• One or more AACE certifications (PSP, EVP, CCP, CEP, DRMP) strongly preferred

• Excellent communicator with experience in client-facing, PM/CM roles
