Prairie Blue Landscapes is seeking a Landscaping Project Manager to join the Prairie Blue Landscapes Team.

For over three decades, homeowners in the Chicago area have turned to the Prairie Blue Landscapes Team to transform ordinary outdoor spaces into extraordinary private retreats — places that bring people closer to nature and to each other. We believe the process of crafting a beautiful outdoor space should be exciting. We offer a minimum starting salary of $90,000+ annually depending on experience. Requirements for the Landscaping Project Manager with the Prairie Blue Landscapes Team:

• 3+ years of landscape or construction project management experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of landscape construction processes for high end residential projects
• Experience working multiple high end residential projects simultaneously

Responsibilities of Landscaping Project Manager with the Prairie Blue Landscapes Team:

• Leading and managing the schedule and execution of all construction or design/build projects;
• Providing exceptional client service throughout the project, including communicating schedules and expectations, providing timely progress updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Managing change orders;
• Managing subcontractors and seasonal staff to ensure quality work and appropriate timelines;
• Leading, coaching, and developing necessary team members;
• Providing proactive consultation and review of proposals to the Designers;
• Developing systems and processes to improve division and company results;
• Other duties as assigned.
