Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) - Workplace Services manages the Project Management Team to ensure large, complex projects align with client goals. Reporting to a PPM Associate Director, the SPM oversees project delivery, reviews contract performance, and reports across services for the account. They analyze project dashboards, reconcile issues, and support the PMO.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Compliance

• Set goals for project planning, implementation, and delivery across multiple projects.
• Communicate program changes, train team leaders, and update dashboards and templates.

Project Planning, Implementation, and Delivery

• Serve as subject matter expert on Move and Launch processes, guiding project outcomes and strategic insights.
• Incorporate KPIs into project plans and host project meetings with stakeholders.
• Define project scope, manage schedules, and represent project highlights or risks at meetings.

Risk Management, Administration, and Reporting

• Monitor progress, manage changes, and maintain project oversight and decision support.

Lead a team of 2+ direct reports and support business development efforts with proposals and estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• 15+ years' experience in related industries.
• Certifications such as MCR, PgPM, or PMP.
• Strong problem-solving and analytic skills, experience with PMO oversight.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move within buildings, travel within North America, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
