Job DetailsQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in maintenance leadership roles within the food and beverage industry, with experience in multi-site operations.
- Strong knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, excellent communication skills, and a track record of implementing successful maintenance initiatives.
